It is with a heavy heart that I am announcing the cancellation of Beds Expo 2026, which was due to take place on Wednesday 23 September at Mecca Bingo in Luton.

This was not a decision I took lightly. After months of sustained outreach and a significant investment of time, energy and resource, the event did not reach the level of support needed to deliver the quality of experience that our exhibitors, visitors, speakers and partners deserve. And if I cannot deliver that, I will not run the event. That is a promise I made to myself when I took over 3 Counties Expo, and it is one I intend to keep.

Everyone who has paid for a ticket or an exhibitor stand will receive a full refund. I am personally overseeing this process and aim to have all refunds completed as quickly as possible.

What happens next

Herts Expo is very much continuing and growing. Our flagship event goes from strength to strength, and I am incredibly proud of the community we have built across Hertfordshire.

For Beds and Bucks, I am committed to finding the right local business partners, people who are deeply embedded in their counties and who have the relationships and trust that these communities deserve. When the right people are in place, these expos will return and they will be better for it.

Thank you to everyone who supported Beds Expo 2026. Your faith in 3 Counties Expo means more than I can say.
